Some exciting news! Building on the hard work of @Electrove I have been able to make progress in parsing the patch parameters of a sysEx patch dump from the UB-Xa D. However, for some reason I am not able to successfully send a patch dump directly from the UB-Xa D to to E1. The E1 is saying it only receives fragments of the dump. To get around this I am capturing the patch dump on my PC and then sending it to the E1. Obviously, not optimal. @martin is working with me to try and debug the situation. But wondering if any UB-Xa owners out there would be willing to try the attached preset and report your findings (@newIngnis ?). The preset is using channel 1 - change as needed. The one page of controls is where I trigger a patch request (labeled “PATCH”) and you can select a different bank or patch number. The other controls send out various other types of requests but I don’t have the lua code set up to process them yet. ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex017/uploads/electraone/original/2X/d/dd56bd1912e23d9b8092e90668a1fafab24309e5.png) If a patch request successfully retrieves the patch data you should see the patch name appear in the bottom right hand screen. Also, in the lua page you should see a print out of the dump of 9 sysEx messages: The header (40 bytes), 7 packets (6 @ 143 bytes and 1 @ 95 bytes) and the EOF (6 bytes). And then a list of parameter numbers and values. If it fails as I have experienced, then you will only see the header message. Thanks in advance.
