@NewIgnis , I’m also making a Korg DS-8 Mini preset. Can I ask you where you found the sysex values list? Unlike the DW-8000 the DS-8 manual doesn’t contain any details on which parameter corresponds to which sysex value. Thanks. ---

I don’t seem to have a list myself. So I think I’ve reverse engineered these 80 bytes, by tweaking several parameters at once, then check where the changes appeared. You’ll have to use my preset a documentation, I’m afraid. ---

Had a peak at your E1 preset for the DS-8 sysex format and the first parameters, and now I’m figuring out the rest. At least there’s a logic: OSC1 Timbre-para’s start with H20, Amplitude with H30. Getting there… ---

Oh, by the way. My DS-8 was buzzing audibly. I checked for a replacement power supply and found this one: a Mean Well RQ-50C or RT-50C (check the power needs) . But my DS-8 was sold before I ever installed it. I still have a RT-50C laying around in vain. It’s yours for free, if you care to pay for the postage (our of Belgium).
