The Nymphes is a cute little box. It has a lot of modulations capabilities hidden under the hood. Time to make these visible. ![Nymphes Synth](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex017/uploads/electraone/original/2X/3/30a1cfddcba88f1054e431d7fc5d73ed85dacde2.jpeg) \*\*The preset contains 6 Pages¨¨ - **Main** parameters + patch select - **Reverb + LFO2** + voices parameters + patch select - **LFO2 mod** ulation settings - **Modwheel mod** ulation settings - **Velocity mod** ulation settings - **Aftertouch mod** ulation settings * * * **Some Notes** - Use Nymphes 2.1 firmware - Any unused modulation will be greyed for better patch readability - LFO2 can modulate LFO1 and LFO2. This is not possible on the Nyphes itself - On page 2 there are shortcuts to set the LFO’s into one-shot mode * * * **Semi-automatic Parsing** - When you change the patches on the Nymphes, Electra One will parse that preset - If you change the patches on the Electra One, you need to press the Nymphes’s Load button twice to make the Electra One parse the patch data (if user bank). Nymphes may be used a bit as a Juno replacement (without chorus), but it is brilliant as well as a mono synth. Very original is the use of its chords function when in 6 voice unison, and then apply a lot of glide to it. @NewIgnis : Thanks very much for creating this preset. After not having played with my Nymphes for almost a year I’ve now played it again using E1 and it’s just such a pleasure! It really opens up this box! ---

A Nymphes is on the way, and I’m looking forward to using this editor. Is it best to connect the Nymphes via a MioXL USB port? Edit: I have ordered a power/data splitter cable from Dreadbox, as it looks like the MioXL doesn’t have the juice required for a Nymphes. ---

Mine came with the splitter, and a ferrite equiped USB-B cable. Still got the Nymphes infamous whining noise in the audio when powered by the electra.one or any other solution (phone power adapter, powered USB hub). Unfortunately not compatible with the ADuM3160 USB isolator as well, not enough current passing through I guess. It did not like a 10000mAh power bank either. Beside that, lovely little box. And the editor works great, except USB MIDI In has no effect on the controls of the electra.one, but is being recognized in the DAW at the same time. Gotta dive in the settings.
