# parameterMap.update(deviceId, type, parameterNumber, midiValue)?

@martin I noticed this when doing some lua editing - the autofill feature popped up with it. Is it an actual function? If so, what does it do? I don’t see it in the documentation. Thanks. I’m looking for a way to do something like parameterMap.apply(), but without the applied increment having to be a positive integer - ie, nudge the value up or down.
