Ability to assign a bit map to a button

We can currently use bitmaps on lists. Be cool if we could assign a bitmap to button, cooler still if we can assign one bitmap for the on value and one for the off value

I like the idea of assigning an overlay to buttons/pads. It seems to resolve the problem nicely and keeps things consistent. The pad is, after all, just a list with two values.
