Can you tell me if the preset scripts that have been written for the original Electra One are compatible with the new Mini? Or will they need to be re-written / tweaked to work on Mini?

Functionality-wise the processing engine is identical. Graphics rendering is substantially faster but remains compatible with mk2 as well.
We are introducing so-called layouts to the presets. A layout is an alternative set of controls and pages but operating within the same preset, Lua, control ids. It means an existing presets will need tweaking to run them on Mini. We are, however, playing around with other ideas how to make it easier to use existing presets on the Mini.
Also, due to different knob arrangement, Mini has slightly different set of controls than mk2, eg, round dials, vertical faders, etc.
