I had to map everything to CC’s, the manual only mentions CC. I tried using NRPN’s but I guess that wasn’t implemented in the plug-in. Fortunately there’s an export and import function for the mapping file, so you can use mine (remove “.pdf” from the extension, it should be an xml):

The setting is saved with a preset, so it’s best to save it with the preset you start the plugin with.
Since there weren’t enough CC’s to do the FX section I decided not to map that.
