Probably just talking to myself, but I have another Peak update. This one is a big quality of life upgrade IMO. Turning the “Bank Names” switch ‘on’ retrieves all the patch names from the sysEx patch data on the Peak. This process takes about 2 minutes to complete. The switch then toggles to an ‘off’ state after all 512 patch names are read and the patch number fader displays the patch names when scrolling. However, with this new version of the preset the patch names are now stored locally on the E1 and are recalled instantly whenever the preset loads! Of course, if you replace the patches stored on the Peak or move the preset to a different slot then you will need to repeat the “Bank Names” process.
