Website Authorizing no longer automatic?

Since a couple of weeks, the website on several PC’s (all on Win10 and Win11) behave differently when calling the Electra One App website. Until now the site logged in automatically into my account and brought me straight to my presets page, which was quite handy to access presets and start working.

Now it gets stuck on “Authorizing…”

I then click on “App & Presets” which bring me to the login page where my account name and password are prefilled, but still not signed in. I then need to click on login myself and finally arrive at my own presets.

Is this a temporary issue?

FYI I have the same issue. A couple of extra clicks I didn’t used to have to do.

Thanks for reporting. Same situation on my site even on Mac OS.

The authentication service is provided by the third party and they are tightening the security measures. While I understand that, I agree it is a little bit irritating given what we have been used to. I will research if session period could be at least extended so that we do not have to sign in every single time.
