I just received my Electra One, and I am successfully loading patches to it from the community library.
However, the “My Presets” page does not show any copied or imported presets. I also cant Create a New Preset. It does nothing on my Windows 11 computer with Chrome and Edge.
Does anyone know what I can do about this?

it sounds like an issue with permissions to create “your” own stuff. I can see that your electra account has not been created correctly (not your fault). I cleaned the data related to that broken registration. Can you try to create a new account again? You can use the same login credentials as you did before.
