Electra One Mini: Observations 1 (Page Menu)

I received the Mini yesterday and started exploring preset building; it’s pretty straightforward and fun too :slight_smile: Thank you!

I do have several observations/suggestions and since I identified several by only skimming the surface, I thought of separating the issues per post with numbered “Observations”.

For now, i’ll only address “quality of life” observations per “views” in a structured manner so it’s easier to add more to the subject and refer back too without too much digging; I’ll start with the “page” menu.

A) The “page” menu text font is REALLY small and my old eyes don’t agree. My 3 suggestions regarding “page” menu;

1- Bigger font option

2- Easy color coding of page box (as if I create a purple color coded OSC controls set for example, the page box could reflect that same color)

3- Symbols/Graphics; A way of replacing the text with a bold graphic in the page box. I have not experimented with the “custom” element but adding this option OR drawing pixels like it can be done in the options/list element would be good too. It would just need to take up most of the room in page box, as it’s pretty small in the controls page. But mainly, a “symbol” repository (and a tool to create symbols) would be of huge help since there’s no editable parameters in the “page” view (only a push encoder), it’s probably easy to implement in the editor (it would also give the Mini more personality).

For now, these are my most basic observations, but would just upgrade the hardware experience :slight_smile:
