Electra One MkII Acting wierd

Hi there,

I’ve got some problems with my E1 MKII which I had no success trying resolve. Here are the symptoms:

  • Big presets will only rarely load directly into my E1 when sent from the editor on Chrome. Often it takes 3 to 5 times to be correctly loaded in the E1.
  • It crashes quite often in the preset building process.
  • When I send a preset to my E1 from the web editor, the patch parsing doesn’t work right away. I have to restart it, then the patch parsing will work again.

I deleted all my presets, tried the reset procedures, tried to format the SD card and even exchanged it for a new one with no success unfortunately…

Besides of that, it works quite well. I absolutely LOVE my Electra one !
