Limiting scope of the Randomize button

Is there a way to exclude specific controls from the randomize button?

This can be done using snapshot randomization.

to set it up:

  1. adjust the preset controls to create the desired base sound.
  2. on the Snapshots screen, select SAVE CURRENT and save the base sound to one of the snapshot slots in the top two rows, which support morphing and randomization.
  3. adjust the preset controls again to define the other end of the randomization range for each parameter. Any control left at the same value as in the base snapshot will not be affected by randomization.
  4. select SAVE CURRENT again and save these settings to the adjacent snapshot slot in the same pair.
  5. on the Snapshots screen, use the right-hand knob associated with that snapshot pair to randomize the control values. Turning the knob further increases the randomization amount, up to the full range defined by the two snapshots.
