No Presets, No Snapshots, Can't Load any Presets... Out of Memory?

I just updated to v3.5.4, and everything got weird. Using the web app, presets were not loading. I used the webapp to delete all the presets and all my snapshots. Any new preset loaded resulted in “out of memory!”, with no preset showing.

I then attempted to use the Electra One Console app to load a preset (Expert Sleepers - Disting EX Algos). That worked, but then trying to load any additional presets caused an out of memory error. Console App says I have 86% memory available.

Any suggestions here?

I am thinking of putting the device into firmware boot, load a previous firmware, and then update to 3.5.4 again.

That sounds strange indeed. What was the original version of the firmware?

What you can also do is to format the internal storage by booting up with the right-middle button. Then you can use the Electra One App page to recreate all the required firmware data files. (for others - this is MK1 thing only).

I wish I documented the original firmware version I was using. :frowning:
