Unable to connect to the web app anymore

Hi,

I’m encountering a strange connection misbehavior.
Updated my E1 mkII to 4.0.0
Connection to the app is now erratic.
It used to work with edge browser (I’m on win10) but not anymore (Your Electra One is not connected. Connect it to the computer using the bundled USB cable.)

It worked and I could edit a preset once on a brand new installed chrome browser. but now after I started using it with Reaper and comming back to web app (reaper closed…) I get the same error message…
Although I did checked it was in the browers’s listed connected devices and have set permission accordingly..

Any idea how to get it connected ?

can you try to:

  1. quit (close the application) Reaper
  2. restart chrome
  3. check if you get connected?

I did try this already and still no connection.

I even rebooted both computer and E1 without much success.

there is a strange glitch, when I’m on controller page on the webapp. If I hit refresh (ctrl+r) I get to see the green panel saying my E1 is on 4.0.0 and up to date for a short amount of time before it’ll show only the ‘your electra is not connected message’.

Resolved via rebooting my soundcard.
