USB Disk mode note working

USB Disk mode does not work for me. I can start Disk mode. Then I do see the top-level folders in Windows File Explorer. But when I try to open one of the folders (such as ctrlv2), Explorer crashes. Only after resetting the ElectraOne does Explorer work again.

I can confirm. This does happen to mine after the recent updates as well. The only way I could get around it was to use usbc port - hope that helps

What do you mean by “to use usbc port”?

I mean USB-C.

Or you could just try another USB-A port and/or another PC, if you do not have a suitable cable.
