Hi, I have shared my work in progress on an editor for the original Waldorf Microwave. ROM v2.0. Its functional but very simple. You can request the current patch and it populates the mini with the current sysex dump. There are some missing parameters but not a ton. I am going to spend some time using it and thinking about layout. Its a project I started to get me familiar with the device and it suffers from that. When I get back to it, my goal will be to condense the parameters, deal with the nomenclature discrepancies and add the missing parameters.
I am thrilled with how well it works and this device. I wish I had bought 2.
I will do this! After I catch my breath. I look at the other presets that others have done to get hints about what might the right way to do stuff, but what I have spent much of my time doing is making mistakes doing data entry. I am having a hard time thinking about how I might try and use LUA as my next goal. Thank you for reaching out!
same here. I can’t help you with the uWAVE but I did some other Waldorfs for Mk2 (Micro Q, Blofeld, Pulse and Pulse2). Especially the Blofeld might be good to test case, as I spent a lot (of time and lua) on the visuals so the user may focus on what is going on, rather than on what is not going. Might be overwhelming as a first, so concentrate on the formatter functions , the color changes and the hide/display functions
