Had it happen again. First preset of the day. Same data in session window. But with the editor opened in a 2nd browser window I was able to send the preset (the stuck editor was also open the 1st browser window).
Edit: Was able to replicate hang and recovery after rebooting my system. Again, first preset sent from editor. Here is the screen shot of session window before successfully sending from a 2nd browser window.
So far I had no issues since with the webeditor. What I do have is that the E1 often freezes when I boot up my studio (in which case the E1 has its DIN MIDI connected to a Mio XL and its USB to a win PC, while all three are starting). In such case the connection does not function but it restores after restarting the E1.
I have essentially the exact same setup and also have to reboot the E1 when I start everything up. The order of operations doesn’t seem to matter. But all good after that.
@Mint-Gecko shared technical details on something that might be identical (or closely related). I will be looking at it. It seems to be windows related only.
New user here. I am having the same problems as above with my new mini using linux. I only seem to be able to receive presets (or delete them) once then the app either gets stuck with the floating dots or is unresponsive. I have to then close the app and restart my mini. The only success I have had is using a windows virtual machine, but having to spin that up each time I want to use my device isn’t ideal. I would appreciate any help or feedback
Ok, I think you can ignore my last post as I think I’ve found a solution from an older thread “Ubuntu/Chrome connection problem”. Seems to be working well so far!
