I noticed that when I press a screen pad that is located in (for example) the middle section of controls, it activates that section, though I’d like to still use my knob on the current section (upper or bottom section in that example).
Is there a way to disable that option?

You can modify the behavior of the screen pads in the Controller configuration.
In the app.electra.one, navigate to the Controller page and select the Configuration tab / User Interface section. Here, you can customize the touch response of the screen.
