Just got my new Electra one Mini. One of my top row encoders does not accept touch (for example, the other turn colour when touched, only one consistently doesn’t respond to the same touch. Is this a software issue or a faulty encoder? What is the resolution?
Hi, it is caused by the touch calibration procedure that runs when the controller starts up. We have been unable to replicate the issue in our workshop yet but we have one controller with that issue on the way back to us for the throughout review. We can do two things regarding your controller: 1) wait for the result of that review - if we find a solution there will be a firmware update with a fix for that (eta by the end of this week). 2) we can arrange a replacement for you immediately
