I figured that 3 of the potis of my Mini don’t react to touches. I don’t know if it was like that from the very beginning. Do I have a defective device or is there anything I could try to fix that?
The pots sensitivity is controlled by general sensitivity settings in the firmware. Every time the controller boots, it automatically calibrates the pots based on the environment and the sensitivity settings. Compared to the mk2, we reduced the pots sensitivity so that a light touch on neighboring pots does not activate them. mk2 too felt to be too sensitive. However, after reviewing one unit with this issue, we found that the threshold was set too high… which may result in touch not being detected under certain conditions. We are preparing a fix that will be included in an upcoming firmware update. So there will be quite some stuff for you @klaustrophil

This sounds good! However, that it only happens with some of the encoders is not very intuitive to me.
