no, donā€™t do that :wink: Can you try to take the card out of the controller and access it on the computer? in order to get the card out, you need to push it in.

I just tested it on my windows 11 and I could access the storage just fine. Letā€™s see if you will be able to read the card.

Hello ! i tried The Fader E1 and it works great for me with the new firmware 4.1.3. Did you try the original preset ? :grin:

Just to say, it was user error breaking my faders. They work fine with the new FW and editor
