I’d like to refresh the topic about envelopes of older discussions (like Add ADSDR and ASDSDR envelopes). There were many improvements in the meantime, i.e. the Four Stage Envelope perfect for the Yamaha DX/TX gear with their inverted rate values. Big thanks to Martin.
I’m using the Four Stage Envelope also for the Korg Triton and Roland JV1080 since they have four stage envelopes, too. But for these devices the inverted rate values do not fit well. I tweaked it in LUA by inverting the rate values for sending, receiving and displaying with the disadvantages that the knobs have to be turned in the opposite way and sending/recieving the sysex cannot be done in the preset editor/json.
So it would be great to have another Four Stage Envelope without inverted rate values.
The icing on the cake would to be able to give individual labels for levels and rates.
