i try today the mio xl preset editor but it make e1 mk2 freeze and don’t reboot: when disconnected and reconnected power, it stay on launch window. it makes chrome hang also, have to restart PC… i have to go to bootloader mode to erase the files. maybe Is this due to 3.6.1 firmware?
the author say me he have no problem with his preset, so i suppose my E1 have… i have not used the e1 since one month, i just tried before some controls on it to experiment and try the mioxl preset to see a complete (and complex) preset… i will retry to see, the hangs scare me and impose to reset E1 and PC, maybe the E1 is defective.
I will reach you on the PM to review the problem. I have MioXL available so I can test it together.

the problem is not in mioxl, i have no mioxl connected to e1 at this moment. the problem is as soon as i transfer the mioxl preset ( Electra One App) in e1 it freezes and chrome also. thank you for your proposal of help!
i wanted to verify before, to see i had really need of help: i tansfer the mioxl and it seems to work but if i restart the e1 it just display the black first launching screen. i had to start in bootloader mode, disk mode,etc… and restart the pc. So OK for help!
are you on windows?
if so beware that midi drivers are single client only and chrome will lock the driver on the moment you open the electra one app page.
If you have a Mio and their drivers installed, you’re lucky as their drivers are multi client capable.
Also new windows multi client class compliant drivers are on their way
