Preset won't send

I am experiencing a problem when sending a preset to the E1 Mkii. I have a preset I have been working on that has 6 or 7 pages of controls working wonderfully. I add a few new controls to an empty page and now it will not let me send the preset. When I click send, it deletes the preset in the current slot instead. If i delete a couple of the recently added controls, i send it and it works. I add the new controls again, it won’t send. Any thoughts?

I am using Windows 11, Chrome 139.0.7258.139 (Official Build) (64-bit), Firmware v 4.0

can you send me URL of the preset that cannot be sent to the controller? I will try to run it on my controller. thanks!

I had to step away from that setup for a while but I realized this problem was only happening when I was connecting to midi devices via Bomebox.

I’d imagine there was something I was missing, but I did not have the problem after connecting the midi interface directly to the E1 host port.

So maybe there is an issue there, maybe not. When I get back into that setup I will report back. Thanks!
