So, it looks like it is an issue related to the your Chrome configuration / settings. Please check the following:
USB Internals
In chrome, go to URL “chrome://usb-internals/”. That page will provide you with a list of USB devices recognized by your chrome. Check, if “Electra Controller” is present:
MIDI settings
Open app.electra.one and check if the “midi keyboard” icon is present in the URL input field.
If it is, check that is is enabled and review the settings under the “Manage” button:
