I need to do some more experiments to see if I can spot patterns, but I was having issues with remote knobs on 4.1.1 tonight.
- When mapping a Faderfox UC4 some controlled the wrong slots and some didn’t work at all
- Incoming data from the mapped device was routed out as per the router settings, not just used internally by E1. Disabling the routing fixed this but then the remote knob changed the E1 control but the MIDI data wasn’t sent out as it would be if the control was edited via the E1 interface itself.
- When mapping a Launch Control XL MK2 the E1 crashed. On rebooting all settings had reset to factory (presets still remained)
- There is no inbound MIDI routing option
