App freezes MKII [Solved]

I just received a used MKII. I upgraded it to FW 4.0 successfully but every time I try and use it with the app for configuration or preset uploading/removing, it freezes. I’ve tried multiple USB cables and both Windows and MacOS.

I would start with:

  1. formatting the SD card and restoring the factory files on it (the .zip file is available at: Electra One firmware | Electra One Documentation )
  2. once the files are on the SD card, I would suggest to run the 4.0 update again.

If the above does not help, it would be the best to send the unit to us for a review. We service the controllers for free. Shipping must be covered by the buyer though.
