Just got my Electra One today. Rather surprised at how sluggish the unit is… there’s this latency between my button presses and the screen actually responding. Is this just my unit or is this normal?

Which Elektra version? Which firmware? Which preset? Is the touchscreen quicker?
Some presets (especially on mk1) are quite heavy
In general, Electra favors MIDI processing to the visual feedback. The idea is to provide the shortest latency possible. What I see in your video seems to be quite extreme. I will get in touch with you, on PM, to review that.
This is the Mk2. It’s behaving this way straight out of the box. It’s on a little preset I made to test the unit, and it’s on the latest firmware.
The touchscreen actually does seem to be somewhat quicker.
Thanks for your response, it also seems to be a bit extreme to me compared to what I saw on videos of the Electra One
