Problems Purchasing

Hi

I am trying to purchase Electra One MK II.

After entering my data and credit card number I get the information that the card has been rejected or that the payment method could not be validated, though the credit card information is definitely correct and the card is valid for another 1.5 years.

I already sent an email to Electra One asking for a different payment method but have not received a reply yet. I believe my email has been moved to spam because of its content (‘credit card’, ‘puchase’ …). This is why I am using the forums now.

No reply here too. They seem to have too much money so they don’t have to sell. Ok, I’m going to choose another product then.

“They” are mostly users here, Ted, not the sellers. And on Electra’s ‘about us’ website page, you’ll find the mail addresses of both persons that shape this company. You can mail them directly of course but I understand you already did that. You can PM with martin as well. But he’s not always around.

Hi, I can see email with the question coming in on Nov 4th and we replied to Nov 5, proposing a invoice / SEPA payment. Please check your mailbox and/or spam. We have completed major reconstruction of our workshop. I agree we were slow in responding on the forum. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you Martin for your reply. Sorry for acting a bit annoyed but I needed a quick solution.

I already checked my spam folder, well sometimes even e-mails get lost. My bank told me that there seems to be no “S-ID Check” installed in your shop software, which they say, was the reason that the credit card has been rejected.

I bought another product but I will definitely come back to you on a later occasion.
